What do you like most about being a big law attorney? Forum

Besides the high salary? I am doing an independent study with a professor and wanted to reach out to the practicing TLS community. Any comments may be used in the final product. Thanks.

As someone who has an SA at one this summer. I like the idea of the power that stems from the firm and the "always something going on mentality."

fwiw, I worked at a mid size my 1L summer, I found it boring.

Question: What do you like about being a big law attorney.

Answer: I am not an attorney, and I haven't even worked in a big law office. But I really like the theoretical concept of being busy and having power.

Well I only worked in Biglaw as a paralegal, I can't say whether what they liked most was staying until 4 am and having to be back in at 7 (without a shower) or crying in their offices when it was raining (you know, so the rain noise would buffer their tears)

I have an SA next summer as well at a vault firm. I can't wait to enjoy all the great things about being a biglaw attorney. Hope this helps you OP.
