Pretty sure it's lockstep?

Or are you referring to partners? I think partners have an eat what you kill mentality, although I could be mistaken.

Jones Day, though it pretty much works out to lockstep since everyone is aware of what the other firms that are lockstep are paying.

A lot of firms do individualized bonuses, which make total compensation far from lockstep even though base salary is technically lockstep. Boies and Quinn do this to the greatest extent, but there are plenty of others. McDermott I think. Maybe Kirkland and Latham?
