what's the protocol if you've already been rejected through OCI for one of their other offices? do you mention it in the cover letter?

I don't see why it would matter. A lot of firms have separate recruiting committees for separate offices. What's the point in mentioning it? If they want to know, they'll find out either way.

I did but had accepted an offer in the meantime. They said they're sending someone to school to interview, sounds like they're doing the screener->CB process instead of direct to CB
