Boutique firm salaries in NYC

Post by Anonymous User » Fri Oct 05, 2012 3:27 pm

I know it probably varies a good deal, but what would you expect the salary to be for an entry level associate in a 10-15 lawyer litigation boutique in NYC? I'm not talking about super prestigious boutiques, just a normal firm.

I worked at a 15 lawyer firm in NYC for the summer. Starting salary for first years was 60,000.

Edit: Personal injury firm.

Dunno about a first year, but I know of a 4th year lateral who was offered 195k at a ~10 person lit boutique in NYC.
