I don't know about recent time frames, but my school had an early OCI and all of the CBs that I know of resulted in either a ding or an offer in about a week and a half (one ding might have taken longer than that).

Got CB within 1 day of screener. Got offer within 2 days of CB. Got an extension on offer but accepted last week.

I never heard back from them. My CB was back in August. Assuming my ding letter got lost in mail.
