continued interest
When you email a firm to let them know you haven't heard from them but remain interested, is it normal to hear back from the firm or to hear more silence following that?

6 days later i got an email basically saying i was one their waitlist.
so yeah, silence seems pretty normal, though you should hear from them soon.

Did this post call back after the time the recruiter said I would hear. Called her and she said I would hear in the next few days. Got rejection letter two days later DATED THE DAY BEFORE I CALLED.
