Question about hiring committees

Post by Anonymous User » Thu Sep 20, 2012 2:22 pm

I know it varies across law firms, but do you guys have any idea of how many people make up a firm's hiring committee?
If I did a CB with a firm, it's most likely that a few but not all of my interviewers are on the committee, right?

If you did a full day (morning, lunch, afternoon) and met with something like 9-10 attorneys, chances are probably at least 2 of them were on the HC.
