Hi everyone,
I was wondering if those of you who have gone for callbacks can share your experiences?
What did you think of the firm?
How many attorneys did you see?
How long did it take you to hear back with an offer/rejection after the callback?
Which day did you hear back on?
Which office was this for?
Thanks so much! I really appreciate the info.

Absolutely loved the firm. Very true to its reputation of being friendly and extremely open-door. Partners chatting with associates, lots of water-cooler talk. Met with 5 attorneys, 2 partners/3 associates, followed by lunch with 2 associates. Callback was a week and a half ago, haven't heard anything either way. Chicago office.

NYC Latham callback
Also love the firm- feel like I've already drank the Koolaid and I haven't even accepted their offer yet. Some people are turned off by the "fratty" culture, but I happen to love it. Nobody has to put on an act at the firm- seems like everyone is very comfortable in their own skin and it's encouraged to be an individual you're not pressured to fit some stuffy mold. I interviewed with 2 partners, 2 associates and had lunch with 2 associates. The partners were easily the most laid back people I have met at any firm I interviewed with. Received an offer to join the firm the day after my callback.
