NY. Mine was exactly two weeks from cb to offer.

I'd take your other offers over PH. Knew someone who was a summer there recently. Was told all along that how great he/she was doing, and then unexpectedly was no-offered.

For DC, interview on a Tues, offer on a Thurs. Did not accept the offer.
