OMelveny California Post-CB Questions

Post by Anonymous User » Mon Sep 10, 2012 5:00 pm

Hi all,

I had a callback with an OMM office in Cali just now and was wondering if any of you knew:
1. The CB-->offer turnaround time
2. The conversion rate of CBs to offers

Thanks a lot!

Offer 1 day after CB, though I would assume it has to do with when the hiring committee meets. If you do your CB the day before they meet then you might have a 1 day turnaround. If you do your CB the day after they meet then you might have a 6 day turnaround.

According to 2011 CLS EIP data for SF/SV/LA/CC: 13 CBs --> 9 offers. Small sample size so who knows what it is overall.

How often does the committee meet? Does anyone know in regards to DC/NY?

Interesting, thanks!
Mind sharing what day of the week you received the offer?
