Had a call back last week. Was told I'd hear within two weeks. Anyone else have a callback/offer?

I haven't had a CB, but I did just get a CB invite today. They are still searching apparently.

Also had a NY CB last week and haven't heard. i think their CB to offer ratio is fairly low though (<50%)

Hi guys,
They told me two weeks too, but gave me an offer about three days later. Who knows why. I turned them down yesterday for another firm, so hopefully that should speed up the process for all of you. Good luck.

Was also told 2 weeks, but was given offer in less than three days.
