Biglaw Lockstep & Nonmarket in Chicago
2L here. Debating firms in chi after the callback stage.
It appears some firms in Chicago are big law, yet pay 120-140k, as opposed to the standard 160k. Is there a place I can find info on 2nd/5th/etc year salaries for these firms?
Essentially, I'd like to see the salary growth potential at firms that pay six figures and are outside of the standard 160k lockstep pay. I checked glassdoor.com but the info is limited.

Firm names might help (if you're willing to disclose).

If you have offers in hand, then ask the firm/some associates at the firm.
