Shearman & Sterling (San Francisco)
Does anyone have any info/knowledge about Shearman's San Francisco office? Considering an offer and am curious if anyone has any insight. I'm looking primarily at their M&A work and know that it is a much smaller practice as compared to NYC (not necessarily saying this is a bad thing). I think that their office space was the former Skadden office before they consolidated in Palo Alto. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
