Debevoise v. Willkie v. WilmerHale
All in NYC. I'm leaning litigation but fairly open at this point

If there's any decent possibility you will do corporate, Debevoise is the answer by a wide margin.
If you said you were sure about litigation it would be closer (to be clear: closer with Wilmer Hale), but even then in NY I think you're better off with Debevoise absent any really strong feelings re: fit.
