This might be a stupid question, but what is the deal with Westlaw & Lexis when you are an A3 clerk? Does the fed govt have some unlimited use plan, or do you have to ration your searchable as you would when working for a firm?
Also, what's the deal with health insurance? Is it pretty cheap/baller like other federal employees?

Unlimited Westlaw, unlimited Lexis, and the same health insurance options as the rest of the federal government.
