Re: Nutter McClennen (Boston)
During CB they said they were right in the middle of hiring season and a few people have told them that they need a decision pretty quickly. Hiring committee meets Mondays and Wednesdays, so hopefully good news tomorrow!

What's your timeline? I know IP people got offers quickly. I think there were a couple sent already out by August. Still waiting on my offer/rejection. 2 week range. Also interested. BC/BU?

Snail mail ding after the call back. Came pretty fast. If you haven't received one, I'd imagine that worst case scenario you're on the hold list. Sounds like a great firm, disappointed I didn't get an offer but good luck to those awaiting a decision...

Got rejected from phone screener last week. Totally my fault however, I have never done phone interviews, and I got a little more nervous than I expected. Lower t-14.

Anyone heard anything recently? They're my top choice and had a CB recently

They are also my top pick. I CBed roughly 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a peep since. I suppose it's better to be in the holding pen than out completely...

Re: Nutter McClennen (Boston)
I know this is resurrecting the thread from a previous recruiting season. For the Fall 2014 season, the hiring committee meets on Tuesdays and the last meeting is Sept 16. I had my callback on Aug 20 and have neither been accepted or rejected. Having a firm connection to Boston is a must of course.

As another data point, I had my CB on 8/15 and didn't hear back (though I did get a reimbursement check). I am withdrawing my application on Monday in any case since I am accepting a position elsewhere. Hopefully that increases everyone else's odds on the wait list.Anonymous User wrote:I know this is resurrecting the thread from a previous recruiting season. Mass mailed; offered a screener in office (I'm not in Boston). They wouldn't accommodate a phone screener (required an in office screener). Withdrew.Anonymous User wrote:As another data point, I had my CB on 8/15 and didn't hear back (though I did get a reimbursement check). Have offers from 2 of Boston's big 3, so surprised at their behavior.
