Big 4 Delaware Firms, Questions
Richards Layton, Potter Anderson etc. Trying to get more info about them. Interested in doing transactional work. What are exit options like? Is the corporate counseling work at all similar to corporate work that other firms do? Would the work there be more similar to LRW than transactional work at non-DE firms? They seemed to really emphasize writing, not something that excites me.

Had a CB with richards. Know somebody from my school who just received an offer from there. Hopefully that person will get another offer in NYC so that i can have a shot with them, bc i really want Richards.
