What reason did they give you for the no offer?

How big was your drop? I got no offered for grades as well. Was in the top 5% fell to top third (straight Bs 2l year). Seemed odd though since I sent in a transcript after first semester and then another one at the beginning of the summer. They didn't mention grades until the very last day and all of a sudden it was an issueAnonymous User wrote:EvilClinton wrote:What reason did they give you for the no offer?

Same here. Dropped from top 1/3rd to top 40-45%. Got the sense that the firm was just looking to no-offer people and used 2L GPA as an excuse. Nothing below a B.

For the people on here saying they were no offered for grades, do you really think that was the true reason? or used as an excuse for an underlying reason?
The reason I ask is because I experienced a similar drop in grades, yet nothing was mentioned.
