NALP has salary data. abovethelaw tracks bonuses every year for biglaw firms. You can also Google for the data and it sometimes might appear on one of those salary tracking websites. Sometimes firm profiles (e.g. associate surveys on NALP or ATL's career center) will give hints as to whether salary and/or bonus are above market.
