Does anyone have any knowledge of this firm?

Where is their corporate practice focused etc

I know that this is outside of TLS normal V30 focus and gasp outside the V100

It's a great firm and partners are really respectful of associates and their lives. The summer class is fairly small and mostly focused on litigation but they have a business internship for people who are interested in corporate work. This meant you got to be staffed on a deal or transaction and see it through which is nice. They do a lot of IP and biotech licensing, investment management, and VC work; typical M&A work as well. If you have specific questions I'm also happy to address those.

Someone on the BU/BC thread said recently that the rejection came by snail mail.
