GPA won't matter at this stage, it's about fit. I didn't do the lunch option, so I don't know how it works. I think their budget is $30 per person, so try not to be ridiculous.

Callback is very chill (only 20 minutes each with 4 people); I didn't do the lunch.

It seems to be all about fit. In fact, I was specifically told they don't care about GPA at this point. If they gave you the callback, your grades have made the cut.

I know they were still doing CBs this week. They meet at the end of each week, but the candidates interviewed during the middle of the week might not be assessed until the end of the following week, according to the recruiter. That means it could be two weeks between your CB and getting word about your status.

Umm no. I scheduled my CB the day I got the call (the day after my screener) and got in on the earliest date available. I go to a school where MB heavily recruits for its NY office. Everyone I know here with CBs is this week or next. My CB was this week and I was told committee meets end of the week.

I got the sense the US offices operated pretty independently of one another. Did your contact mean all offers at that office, or firmwide?
