Help a Recent Grad in this Burgeoning Job Market
Brothers, sisters, and entities of TLS, I invite your boundless wisdom and invaluable insight to help me in my job search quest as I join the masses of recently-minted JD's in finding a source to quench Sallie Mae's thirst for the obscene amount of debt that I have so willingly thrusted upon myself.
If you're interested in helping me, please PM me and I will send you my cover letter and resume for any (and all) suggestions or advice you can offer.
Muchas gracias for all of your generosity!
**EDIT**
Just to clarify (because my original post appears to be vague): all I am looking for are fresh pairs of eyes to look over my resume and cover letter. I already have a list of firms and contacts I am sending these too.
Sorry for the confusion.

Try reaching out to your alumni network, and mass mail every firm, agency, non-profit outfit in your area I guess. I'll be in your position a couple years from now, so I can offer you my sympathy but little else.

I doubt people that can really help you frequent this forum, but even if they did they would probably want to know more about you. Since you are going to PM this info anyways, why don't you just mention school at least. Maybe then someone from your school might give you advice etc.

Also- you know there are resources on mass mailing and resumes, etc. not exactly sure what help you want that career services can't do by reviewing your docs.

Fair enough.
School was ASU. Graduated May 2012. Working in-house right now but no chance of permanent employment. I know there are resources and all that and I have looked at those. I just wanted to get some feedback from people on TLS, no big deal. Im not really even asking for mass mail advice as I have my own list of firms and contacts already. Just other pairs of eyes to review and offer feedback on what I have.

I think a couple of these people misinterpreted your request as one to bring your resume to their employer or their network, rather than your actual request which was for someone to review and critique your resume/CL
