updating resume
I got some good feedback on my resume and want to make some changes. Nothing drastic, just adding and editing a couple of things. However, I have a few callbacks coming up, during which someone might ask me for a copy of my resume. Should I go in with the same resume I used during OCI or my updated resume?

Re: updating resume
I used an updated copy of my resume for screeners (I had used another version for bidding)...I don't even really think anyone noticed, to be honest.Anonymous User wrote:I got some good feedback on my resume and want to make some changes. Re: updating resume
If your callback is more than a day or two away, I would just send the updated resume to the recruiter so they can include it with the materials they give your interviewers. If the updates are small, it's not worth making a big deal about it when you get to the actual interviews.
