Callbacks: Success Rate

Post by Anonymous User » Thu Aug 23, 2012 11:49 am

Can anyone shed some light on what sort of offer rate usually comes out of CB's? Obviously it varies pretty dramatically, but am curious what range there is / if anyone has specific examples. Specifically, am looking at Cooley and Baker Botts' NYC offices.

For CLS, they send us a pdf that has the # of callbacks accepted and the # of offers extended. It can vary quite a bit between firms. ~50% has been the average for most firms I've been doing CBs with, but some are 30% and some are 70%.
