I have personal experience with Weil corporate. While I think it is a typical sweatshop big law firm in terms of hours, I found the culture to be extremely supportive. I had some personal, serious illness related issues and they were more than understanding and generous. I think the atmosphere is great and the partners are smart. The work is complex and varied. I would recommend but only if you are ready to undertake biglaw hours.
