CB last Thur. No word yet. Heard they are doing an offer dinner at my school. So I guess a ding?

Had a cb in the last few days and I was just blown away. NY was my backup market but if I got A Dpw offer would seriously consider it

This whole offer dinner thing is confusing to me. A friend at my school still has a CB scheduled in the future, post our school's offer dinner. Friend said DPW asked to move the CB up a couple times, but friend couldn't do so due to other callbacks. Obviously if DPW is trying to move the CB they're interested? So maybe not out of the question?

Interesting. What did you like? I found the place to be kind of..boring. Thinking I'll decline the offer shortly.

I could see someone thinking that. I might just be more boring than you :P (which is fine)
It just seemed like they really gave a shit about the interviewees, to put it bluntly. And of course, they could just be putting on to an extent, but you have to care to put on - that takes energy.

To each his/her own though, right?

Every SLS student and their moms were CBing on Wednesday of this week. (JK, I just counted five for the morning slot.) Any offers?

Has anyone who interviewed last week and got offered received the actual offer letter in the mail yet? I don't live in NYC and haven't received anything in the mail yet.
