Schulte CB/Offer
I know they conducted a lot of CBs this week, was wondering if anyone heard back.

Hope it's on-topic to ask if you could also discuss the process a bit. Pretty standard?

If you go to a school where Schulte does a dinner for students who had CBs, you won't hear until after the dinner (likely the next day).

Did mine on Wednesday. Silence since then. Recruiting told me it would be 1-2 weeks, but potentially much faster. Hoping for Friday.

Anyone know who is on the recruiting/hiring committee? So we can perhaps see who we interviewed with was on it?

Re: Schulte CB/Offer
Had a callback with Schulte last week but I heard I was one of the first students they interviewed. Probably still early in the process but FWIW I have yet to hear from them.

Re: Schulte CB/Offer
I was wondering if anyone had any info about what % of people who got callbacks in the last year or two received an offer?

Also, to correct someone from above, you do not have to wait until after the dinner...my school had a dinner, and I got my offer about two weeks before it

Anyone? According to last year's schedule, phone calls today shouldn't be unexpected.

Silence here. Really want an offer from them so I can cancel some of my "safety" CBs. Despite Schulte's poor surveys on vault, I really liked everyone I met there.

Oh sorry. Interviewed with them last week so today would be on timeline if adjusted.

Re: Schulte CB/Offer
The recruiting coordinator proposed August 28th as the day for my callback. Is that rather late in the hiring season?

Re: Schulte CB/Offer
Not particularly. The next two weeks are prime callback time, with many firms continuing the process afterwards (I have a callback from a firm that only starts doing callbacks after Labor Day, for instance). Obviously the earlier the better, but the 28th is not so late that you should be concerned.Anonymous User wrote:The recruiting coordinator proposed August 28th as the day for my callback. Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
