I don't think there are any big firms in NYC where those stats make you likely to get a CB. Not impossible, but even with 'ITE' improving definitely not likely.

Top 1/4 at a T30 (that isn't anywhere in proximity to NYC) would be lucky to have a screener, much less a likely callback at any firm NYC.
