It's pretty hard, but varies a lot both by school and by firm. The absolute most generous firms give callbacks to 25-35% or so of their applicants.
With your credentials, you shouldn't bank on OCI at all. Make sure to mass mail. And don't focus on what everyone else is or isn't doing - focus on getting yourself a job.
