I was told that Crowell also offered CBs but that's just second hand knowledge. Thanks for compiling list, it helps to see it all in one post!

Total radio silence on 12/15 of my interviews...I'd just like a response either way at this point!

At least for UCLA, Paul Hastings has given out some callbacks. For everyone that is worrying about not hearing from a firm that has given out some CBs, you should remember that firms don't necessarily give out CBs to everyone at the same time. So don't lose hope because you know one person got a CB from a firm you had a screener with. I realize many people know this, but a lot of people in this thread seem to take one person getting a CB to mean that the firm is done calling people.
