interesting. i haven't heard from them yet and i probably interviewed on the same day as that person that got an offer. i called the firm though, and they said they just started making decisions...though it seems they've already made offers and rejections post CB (according to you and another of my friends).

i have a feeling i might be on a "waitlist" or something...fuck.

Does anybody have any clue what average callback to offer ratios are for vault firms? or does it just vary a lot by firm?

Waiting on the results from my only two CBs so far. One was almost two weeks ago and the other was last Thursday. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I just accepted an offer and released 4 others, and withdrew candidacy at 6 other firms (post CB).

Hopefully that bodes well for everyone else!

Out of curiosity, would people say that LA/CA as a whole are some of the hardest markets? It's sort of seeming that way this year, maybe in large part due to the small class sizes.

LA has always been one of the hardest markets to break into. Bay Area is even worse.

I have a 2nd call back (so third interview, if you include the screener) with a small firm coming up.

I didn't even know there were 3rd interviews? Is this common? Is it good? (obviously can't be bad right).
