I'm at 19, from a combination of bidding, direct mailing, and hitting the refresh button on symplicity 8,000 times daily. Hoping to pick up a couple more on certain days.

Haha I just hilariously bombed an interview. Forgot where the office was located and started talking a ton about how I wanted to live and settle down in a certain area and the interviewer just stared at me blankly and then told me...oh maybe you should get into contact with that office...

I wasn't even embaraased though I wanted to laugh at the fact that the next 15 minutes would be a waste since there was no way in hell i was getting a cb.

15 interviews.

I thought I heard someone say that Sheppard Mullin had given CBs but I may have made that up.
People I know have CBs with Fulbright and O'Melveny (non-LA office).

Quoting myself. I have 19 screeners as of now. Some advice to people: If you're interested in a firm that has a hospitality suite, go in there and chat with people. If you didn't get a screener at the firm, lots of times they'll do ad hoc interviews and take your resume in for consideration. Even if you did interview with the firm, go in there, pick up some free shit, and show interest. Couldn't hurt.

anyone else got any updates on CBs? 12 interviews down since monday and no CBs or dings so far, which makes me think many of them are just dings in the making.

12 screeners, 3 CBs. Some of the ones listed as having scheduled CBs, however, are not among the ones I received (bummed about Bingham)

OH nevermind re: Bingham. Just noticed that poster is from USC. Was pretty shocked Bingham would have already started giving CBs at 3 today when they were still interviewing at UCLA. Clearly the OCI madness is getting to me.

I also don't want to out myself by posting my CBs, buy if you want to PM me with who you are, I would be happy to tell you. (I assume you're at UCLA)
