Interviews Over • Now what?

Post by Anonymous User » Fri Aug 03, 2012 2:37 am

Finished 1L. I just returned from an out of town job fair. I met with five firms. All the meetings went fine but one meeting perhaps better than the others because my 20-minute interview (with three partners) lasted an hour. If this firm decided that they wanted me, would they make the offer over the phone or would they likely ask me to return for another meeting?

This firm did not say when they would make a decision. Two of the other firms said they would make their decisions by mid-August. Since this was my first endeavor into seeking law firm employment I am not exactly sure what to expect next.
