Anyone know what the "negative consequences" are of opting in?

Anyone know how much WL movement we can expect? I'm happy with the interviews I got, but I'm also super, super greedy.

2012 graduate here. If I remember correctly, I was on the waitlist/standby list for three or so firms. One contacted me to interview with them the day before OCI, and there was no movement on the other two in my case. I don't remember a lot of movement. Most people who get interviews tend to go.Anonymous User wrote:+1 = 2.lawyerwannabe wrote:+1. So what's the advantage of opting in/opting out? Does it hurt to opt in everywhere?

Now it says schedules aren't up till 7.
That information would've been a little more useful to me 40 minutes ago when i started compulsively refreshing symplicity.

Earlier in the day it said 5 EST. Then it went to 6 EST. And then at like 6:15 EST, it changed again to 7 EST.Anonymous User wrote:Now it says schedules aren't up till 7.

Not sure why I care though. Probably won't get anymore interviews in the second lottery round.
