Law Review and Secondary Journals for Tier 2: 51-60

An absolute must? Does it matter considering that at 51-60, you have almost zero chance of securing firm work? If not the main journal, how are secondary journals perceived for 51-60 schools?

I'm at the bottom of T1 (40-49) and most people I know who landed NLJ250 graded on to LR, so I don't know how much journal was a factor as opposed to grades.
