Which transactional practice areas benefit most from an accounting background?

Re: Practice Areas with the Most Accounting
I'm in tax controversy and my CPA background has been somewhat helpful. I assume it is just as, if not more, helpful in tax planning. I assume that it would be good for broker/dealer and other financial services areas, but mostly because the accounting background will provide you with a general knowledge of businesses, their structures, and several types of transactions.
