check http://www.lawfirmstats.com/firms/
Although, most numbers are from 2010 if available, you may be able to google 2011 numbers.

http://www.nalpdirectory.com is your friend.

Dechert (NY): 19/19 summers and offers in 2011; 43 expected 2L SAs in 2012
Foley & Lardner (NY): 2/2 in 2011; 2 2L SAs expected in 2012
Sutherland Asbill & Brennan (NY): 1/1 in 2011; 0 expected in 2012
Stroock & Stroock & Lavan (NY): 21/21 in 2011; 17 expected 2L SAs in 2012
Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman (all offices): 21/21 in 2011; 17 expected 2L SAs in 2012

Didn't look for grade cutoffs much. I probably wouldn't do anything but mass mail Sutherland or Foley due to their miniscule class sizes unless you have (had?) a lot of extra bids for OCI.
