Writing sample
Any thoughts on whether one should submit a writing sample (to a law firm) when they say that submitting one is optional? Maybe just state in your cover letter that you have one you can send if they need one?

Re: Writing sample
Our CSO says that unless a writing sample is REQUIRED, then don't submit it. The logic is that a writing sample is most likely to just hurt you (typos, mistakes, etc.)Anonymous User wrote:Any thoughts on whether one should submit a writing sample (to a law firm) when they say that submitting one is optional?
