If a judge is only accepting applications through a certain date, and that date falls before the release date of applications to judges, then does that mean the listing on OSCAR closes and the application needs to be finalized before then, or does it mean you need to apply outside of OSCAR?
For example, the judge's OSCAR page says he only accepts applications through OSCAR, but the listing closes on August 25th, 2012. He states he will begin reviewing applications on the 4th of September, so does that mean he is on-plan and I just need to make sure the application is finalized by August 25th and he will get it on the 4th?

Muchas gracias. I was about to have to call the judge, and his secretary is frightening.
