Hastings top 20% bid list help!
Im on a secondary and made moot court, 2 years relevant WE. I am strongly leaning towards litigation and do not have IP
What firms should I be bidding really high?

At that rank, you will be lucky to get anything. Therefore, it really doesn't matter. However, you shouldn't waste bids on any firms that you already know are selective (NLJ firms, for example).

Pretty harsh Aberzombie, I think by the tenor of the question they have an idea. But who is less selective among NLJ firms in the SF market with large class size, not my market so I have no idea

Yeah I know I'm not in a good spot but I'm still in that spot and we do have an OCI. I know a couple people with similar statline who got stuff in the year ahead of mine somebody even landed Paul Hastings, obviously I'm not holding out for that but just trying to get a sense from other people's knowledge of the market.

firms with the biggest class sizes like fenwick and wsrg most likely. i don't remember what their grade cut offs are on hco off the top of my head though. how are you going to write all the cover letters now?

I've written a bunch already, I'm just looking to make sure I didn't miss any and some last minute list adjustments. Didn't want to post my bidlist though because I would pretty much get nothing but shit.
