Order as Writing Sample
My best writing comes from my work as a judicial intern, specifically the orders I have drafted for the Judge. The Judge seems cool with me using anything I've written but hasn't given me much guidance otherwise. Does anyone know the policy for using the parties' names? Should I redact them altogether, or is it generally cool to leave them in for Orders that are pending publication?

Re: Order as Writing Sample
The order, with a few redactions of extraneous facts and legal standards, will be around 8-10 pages.
