THE definitive list of "Work Hard/ Play Hard" firms/groups
For people with solid grades from top schools looking at the V20 or so firms, which ones are notoriously fratty and work hard/ play hard. I definitely want to lock down a slot in one of these groups. Practicing law is too solitary of a job not to want to bro out with coworkers after work. Nomsayin? So far I've heard:
Skadden- M&A
Cahill Gordon- Leveraged Finance
Morrison & Foerster- Litigation (SF Office)
Kirkland - not sure what groups (NYC office only)
others?

I always figured that practicing law is too solitary a job to want to bro out with coworkers after work.

"Not flame brother. MoFo SF litigators represent the highest level of prestige and social achievement in the entire bay area. They have cocks like eggplants and the swagger of ghengis kahn, and everyone knows it. Every weekend, they leave a trail of torn pussy and broken hearts behind in the marina. They fucking STYLE on this city."englawyer wrote:it is very hilarious that what started as a joke on xoxo is now considered TLS truth (mofo ip lit is bro-ish).
