Resume Collection
My school's OCI bid list has several employers who are collecting resumes. Generally, do people receive interview requests when the firm or agency is only collecting resumes, rather than conducting interviews on campus>?

Re: Resume Collection
As always, it depends. If you are better than most of that firm's applicant pool, then I would expect to receive an interview through the resume collect. I got two interviews through my school's (T20, Top 5%, no journal) resume collects last fall. Is there a point in bidding a resume collect firm higher than an on campus interviewing one? Basically, do resume collect firms receive every application or is there a max they get based on some kind of bidding formula.
