How Important is 100% Offer Rate For V-100?
Do they extend offers to a few sub-par performance SAs just so ATL can post 100% offer rate?

My experience as an SA is that the firms really do want to offer everybody. You just don't want to be an utter jackass

I really, really hope you're not asking that because ITE you had the good fortune to get a V-100 SA position and the audacity to do a shitty job at it.

Inevitably, there's going to be one fucking jackass out of 100 that they do NOT want to give an offer to. They give 100% offers to give their SAs peace of mind.Anonymous User wrote:My experience as an SA is that the firms really do want to offer everybody. You just don't want to be an utter jackass
