What is "business litigation"?
Just wondering if a firm does "business litigation," what exactly does this encompass? Can anyone with experience or knowledge speak to the most common types of cases an associate working in business litigation comes across?

If either side of the "v" (as in Smith v Jones, Inc.) has a business name, then it's business lit.
