A little surprised myself. I have a decent resume and don't really get nervous for interviews anymore, but I wasn't even expecting screeners at some of those!Anonymous User wrote:Top 25%? You must be a really good interviewer!Anonymous User wrote:Top 25% here.

Has anyone heard from Ropes? I know of one person who got a call. But they say they will call back at least 30 BU kids

I haven't heard anything despite the partner guaranteed me that I'd hear before weekend. I take this as a ding.Anonymous User wrote:Has anyone heard from Ropes? I know of one person who got a call. But they say they will call back at least 30 BU kids

If I haven't gotten any CBs yet, should I assume I struck out? What is the next course for someone interested in staying in Boston?

Not necessarily! My friend just got a CB via email today. Either way, start applying directly to firms in the Boston area if that's where you want to be.Anonymous User wrote:If I haven't gotten any CBs yet, should I assume I struck out? By applying directly, do you mean smaller firms that didn't come to OCI? Or to the firms that didn't interview me at OCI? I also started mass mailing New York last week after I wasn't having much success

Right now, litigation. I've applied to some corporate positions though because I think I have the skills for it too.Anonymous User wrote:Did you want to do litigation or corporate?Anonymous User wrote:Oh that is great for your friend!
