Our OCP person (at Michigan) told me NOT to attach my transcript to my mass mailings and NOT to mention my GPA in my resume for mass mailings. I have a 3.0x at Mich, and Mich's median is ~ 3.19, so obviously I'm pretty well below median, so what she says makes sense but i've heard on here not to listen to OCP and to attach transcripts to mass mailings.

So...should I attach transcript or mention my GPA in mass mailings or just wait until they ask for it?

You should probably attach the transcript. They might get suspicious if you don't, and they will without question ask for it before they offer you any sort of interview.

As for GPA... no reason to mention it, especially if OCP tells you not to. They can calculate the GPA from your transcript if they really want to know it.

but OCP also told me not to even attach a transcript, but you say I should? I think you're probably right about the transcript though...thanks a lot...any other thoughts?

Put your GPA in the resume if it's good. Don't attach transcript. If they are interested, they will ask.

Depends on the firm. If you are above what a firm usually hires, then it's good.

You don't attach a transcript when you mass mail just resume and cover letter.
