Is this a potential C&F issue?
This isn't the right forum, but I needed to post anonymously.
A few years ago, I was abroad for a summer program (it was a joint program between my uni and another). It was pretty chill, drinks with the lecturer after class, etc. One of the school administrators (from my uni) scolded us about this during the middle of our program. she was visiting for some kind of review, etc, and came to our class to "discuss" some things from what she observed and followed with an email reminding us not to party/drink too much after she left.
In the spirit of rousseau, one of the lecturers (philosophy class) suggested we all sign a social contract agreeing not to drink/party (or else we'd be disciplined/punished), etc, but it never fell through. The drafts of this "social contract" have all of our names on it, though unsigned, and it wasn't anything official with the university, there were no violations or disciplinary actions, or anything in our record.
Applied to law school, didnt think much of it, didn't even remember this for years until some classmates started talking about something alcohol related they got written up for. it made me start overthinking about this, is this going to be a possible CF problem for me?

This is very silly. I'm sure this would get lost in a sea of applications of people with DUIs.Anonymous User wrote:This isn't the right forum, but I needed to post anonymously.

The actual social contract didn't have rousseau or anything philosophy relevant in it. I think initially we all agreed to do it since it was just light-hearted, but when the guy actually drafted it up, it sounded a lot more like some citation so all of us just abandoned the idea.SchopenhauerFTW wrote:This is very silly. I guess I should just lighten up about this, but I was really freaking out about this for a while (by myself), so I thought it would help t to get people's opinions

I think the severity of this issue falls somewhere in between being grounded by your mom and detention.

I don't know why everyone thinks this is a joke. OP: I'd disclose if I were you. Better safe than sorry.

I'm assuming you were of legal drinking age in the country you were in? What exactly is the problem here?

No, no - this is a big deal. You also need to disclose each and every time you looked at porn or said a swear. Just write an addendum and you're fine.
