Is this statement correct?

If I applied to a firm under the resume collection dropdown tab, I have not used any bids.

Does ranking matter with "resume collection"? I should just put 'em all last, right?

does not matter, they are not part of the bidding

They are also utterly worthless, it is like mass mailing. If they count as bids, don't do it.
