I'm trying to plan out a couple of visits to my target markets for the sole purpose of interviewing, and I'm curious how many days I should plan on spending in each city, which is decided by how many interviews I can fit in each day. The difficult part is that I can't arrange interview appointments for another month at least, when flights will be really expensive, so I have to guess how many interviews I'll be able to set up. (By the way, I'm talking pretty basic recruiter screener interviews, where I tell them I'll be in the area and want to stop by to introduce myself.) I think my credentials are solid enough, and I have plenty of connections in each place, so I think I'll have at least some opportunities to fill my schedule.
Any suggestions or advice on how to work this logistically and how much you can do in one day?
Thanks.
